Xinyue Zhu

Cellist Xinyue Zhu has concertized at her hometown in Shanghai, China and in the U.S. Ms. Zhu received top prizes in the 12th Jan Vychytil Cello Competition 2018 in Prague. Prior to that, she has won Philadelphia International Music Competition in Italy. Other prizes include 2016 Hongkong International Music Festival Competition and the 27 th Flame Competition in Paris. As an active musician, Ms. Zhu has made her appearances with Julliard Orchestra and the National Youth Orchestra of China. In addition, Ms. Zhu has profound knowledge in the field of music theory, and musical history. She has collaborated with multitude outstanding musicians, such as Gabriel Schwabe, Tilmann Wick, Jacob shaw, Michael Friedmann, Johannes Meissl. Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Music degree at prestigious Julliard School in NYC.
