Jerry Wang is Founder and CEO of Hi2 Global. Jerry founded Hi2 Global in New York in 2014, as an Investment as a Service (IaaS) global asset allocation platform. Hi2 Global allocates capital in the U.S. and to emerging markets including Southeast Asia, Africa and LATAM through an emerging market credit fund, an early stage venture fund and a long/short equity portfolio.

Kaiser Kuo is the host and co-founder of the Sinica Podcast, the leading English-language podcast on current affairs in China and the flagship show of the Sinica Network on SupChina. Sinica has been running continuously since April 2010 and has published over 500 episodes featuring prominent diplomats, political leaders, academics, journalists, activists, technologists, and business people with expertise on China.

Matthew Rabinowitz advises companies on compliance with import/export regulations, anti-corruption laws and OFAC sanctions. He further assists companies in navigating the CFIUS review process.

Samm Sacks is a Cybersecurity Policy and China Digital Economy Fellow at New America. Her research focuses on emerging information and communication technology (ICT) policies globally, particularly in China. She has worked on Chinese technology policy issues for over a decade, both with the U.S. government and in the private sector.

Arthur co-founded the China-focused research service Dragonomics in Beijing in 2002 and was the editor of its flagship journal China Economic Quarterly through 2017. Since Dragonomics' 2011 merger with Gavekal he has been head of research for the combined operation.

Damien Ma is Managing Director of the Think Tank at the Paulson Institute, where he co-founded MacroPolo. He is the author of the book, In Line Behind a Billion People: How Scarcity Will Define China’s Ascent in the Next Decade. He serves as adjunct faculty at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Gary Rieschel is the Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners, a firm he launched in Shanghai in 2006. Qiming invests in Technology and Consumer (T&C) and Healthcare and has 70 staffs in China and the U.S. Qiming has $9.4 billion USD in capital raised.

Mr. Zeng is the founder and chairman of Arcadia Fund Management, focusing on managing private investments of convertible bonds (CBs) and equities into public companies (PIPEs) listed in Hong Kong, Mainland China (Shanghai, Shenhzen), and Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Mr. Zeng has over 20 years of experience in investments, deal origination, and management. He was the CEO of Greenwoods Asset Mgmt Hong Kong Ltd in 2008-2022, focusing on investments in PIPEs, pre-IPOs and IPOs, as well as overall management of Greenwoods’ international business.

Lizzi C. Lee is an economist turned journalist. She graduated from MIT’s PhD program in Economics prior to joining the New York-based independent Chinese media outlet Wall St TV. She is the host of ChinaEDGE: LIVE with Lizzi Lee, where she interviews the most knowledgeable minds on China for analysis of the ever evolving business and technology ecosystem.

Mr. Chu is the Global Co-CEO of L CATTERTON, a firm he co-founded in 1989. A rare combination of thought leadership on Wall Street and academia qualifies Stephen Roach as a leading practitioner of analytical macroeconomics. After thirty years at Morgan Stanley, mainly as the firm’s chief economist and eventually as the Hong Kong-based Chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia, he joined the Yale faculty in 2010 where he developed popular new courses — “The Next China” and “The Lessons of Japan.”

Bob Guterma is The China Project's Chief Executive Officer. He lived in China for nine years, during which time he worked as an M&A-focused management consulting with Control Risks, a London-based consultancy. He later joined a venture-backed Chinese information services startup called Capvision Partners, which is now the largest primary investment research provider in China.

Ding Ding, Ph.D. is the Founder and Chairwoman of Augere Group, which provides corporate finance advisory and investment services focusing on healthcare companies globally.

Jeremy Goldkorn is Editor-in-Chief of The China Project and co-host of the Sinica podcast. He moved to China in 1995 and became managing editor of Beijing's first independent English-language entertainment magazine.

Jude Blanchette holds the Freeman Chair in China Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Previously, he was engagement director at The Conference Board’s China Center for Economics and Business in Beijing, where he researched China’s political environment with a focus on the workings of the Communist Party of China and its impact on foreign companies and investors.

Margaret M. Pearson is Dr. Horace E. and Wilma V. Harrison Distinguished Professor, and Distinguished Scholar-Teacher in the Department of Government and Politics, University of Maryland, College Park. Pearson’s research on China's domestic politics focuses on state control of the economy, central-local bureaucratic relations, and environmental policy.

Paul Triolo is a senior associate with the Trustee Chair in Chinese Business and Economics at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He is currently senior vice president for China and technology policy lead at Albright Stonebridge Group, where he advises clients in technology, financial services, and other sectors as they navigate complex political and regulatory matters in China and around the world. He has served in senior positions within the U.S. government for more than 25 years, focusing primarily on China’s rise as a science, technology, and cyber power.
